VITILIGLOW® Returns Policy

We hope you’re thrilled with your purchase. However, if your items haven’t arrived in
perfect condition, please get in touch with us at info@vitiliglow.co.uk.

Returning Damaged or Faulty Items

If you need to return an item that is damaged or faulty, you will be responsible for
arranging and paying for the return postage.
Please ensure you obtain and keep a Proof of Postage receipt when returning your
parcel. This acts as evidence should your items fail to reach us.

Refunds

If you request a refund, we will refund the price you paid for the goods (excluding the
original delivery charge) within 30 days of receiving your returned items, provided
they are unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit
card, or gift card).

Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order but do not return the goods within 7 working days, we may
arrange collection and charge you the direct cost of doing so.
Please note: collection charges may exceed the cost of returning the goods yourself,
and these charges may be deducted from your refund.

Until the goods are returned, you must take reasonable care to store them safely and in suitable conditions.

Important Notice

We cannot accept returns for items that appear to have been used.
If this applies, we will notify you, and no refund will be issued. You will then be
responsible for arranging the return of the goods to you within 7 days of our
notification.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive items that are damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we will be
happy to exchange them or issue a refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
